Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of stock items.
Due to our extensive range of high quality European brands and frequent turnover of stock items, some products may be on back order at time of purchase. If items are not in stock, we will contact you to advise an approximate time frame for delivery.
Custom-made/optioned products either Australian made or from our European suppliers may attract longer shipping times to allow for manufacture. Some items may take approximately six weeks.
Please email for specific details on custom-made products. We will always advise the customer should a prolonged shipping time be expected.
Orders are shipped via Australia Post or overnight courier, except where specified by the customer.
Insurance:
Risk on items purchased is transferred to the customer at the time the sale transaction is completed. All shipping is at the risk of the customer.
